California Dried Fruit Company is proud to present a REVOLUTIONARY new product to the ingredient industry.

California Dried Fruit Company has developed a patent pending process that removes the skins from dried fruits such as raisins, dried plums (prunes), figs, apricots, peaches, and nectarines. The process leaves only the soft textured meat of the fruit.  Dried Fruit Butter can be pumped and poured as delivered.

We currently offer Raisin Butter, Dried Plum Butter, Fig Butter, and Raisin Cinnamon Butter, manufactured to precise brix, moisture and consistency. Custom product is available by request.
