Raisin Butter Specifications

Raisin Butter is a unique, 100% natural, nutritious ingredient, topping or spread.  The use of Raisin Butter as an ingredient increases the shelf life of finished products by increasing moisture retention.  Naturally occurring propionic acid has been demonstrated to decrease mold growth in bakery products.


Product Description:

A one of a kind raisin butter produced exclusively from the meat of the raisin, skins removed, resulting in a smooth, soft, butter-like texture that can be poured and pumped as delivered.
